The location is super convenient! it's just steps from the shopping mall and the train station, perfect for getting around. i found many local restaurants nearby. It was easy to find food. the staff were lovely and helpful. Farhad was very nice with things we needed for our room.
The ac wasn't working properly. It's placed right in front of your head! the water supply in the basin was very low. even during shower, the flow of water was fluctuating.

i found the location convenient. it's a short walk to kl sentral station, very useful for airport transfers. nearby, there's nu sentral mall, with diverse food options. the staff were also helpful and kept level 4 neat.
the bath towels in my room weren't super clean, though it was a minor issue.
