The hotel is conveniently situated just below the monorail station and directly behind NU Sentral mall. The rooms are cozy and clean, though they lack a window looking outside. The service was a bit inconsistent, with requests sometimes overlooked. The dining options are satisfactory, offering Asian street food. The location is superb for accessing public transport. Facilities are decent, but there are some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located just behind the NU Sentral mall and close to the KL Sentral Monorail station. The rooms are spacious and modern with a master key system, but some may find the lack of windows to the outside world a downside. The service, especially during different shifts, may need improvement in following up on guest requests. The hotel offers healthy snacks in the dining options, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I loved staying at this hotel with its prime location just below the monorail station and directly behind NU Sentral mall. The rooms were cozy, but unfortunately, they had no window to the outside world. The service was a bit lacking at times, especially when my request for an extra key was refused. The dining experience was delightful with delicious Italian dishes provided. The facilities were adequate, but it could use some improvements.
